CMHA BC Division is looking for a full time friendly, personable, highly organized and detail oriented Accounting Clerk/Receptionist to perform a variety of functions including accounts receivable/payable, computer data entry, reception and clerical duties. Reporting to the Director of Finance/Controller, the Accounting Clerk/Receptionist is responsible for general accounting and administrative duties. This position also provides support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. The individual in this role must be highly motivated, reliable and flexible, excellent communication skills, and a professional and empathetic attitude with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks.
