With all the stressors in our lives today, we need all the resilience we can get! The workshop teaches participants about resilience, what it is and how we get it and keep it. Resilience is not something we have or do not have. Resilience is something we can develop and nurture. It is, however, not always innate, these are skills we often need to learn and practise. This workshop will teach the skills needed to build resilience.
