In this one-hour online workshop, participants will have a safe space to share about their experiences with COVID-19 and how it’s affected them.
This is an opportunity for caregivers to hear, and be heard, by those who’ve had similar experiences – to talk about, process, and better understand their emotions and the impacts. It’s an opportunity, not only to cope with these emotions, but to begin healing.
These conversations can be difficult. To give time and space for those who are comfortable sharing, we are limiting this session to 20 people.
This free session is part of the Care for Caregivers series, providing support and resources for healthcare workers experiencing mental health stressors related to COVID-19.
